Welcome to the Planning Portal for the Hartlepool and Middlesbrough Development Corporations

The Hartlepool Development Corporation and Middlesbrough Development Corporation are implementing a new online portal for planning applications. This new application portal provides a significantly improved consultation experience, providing more information on submitted planning applications, application statuses, important dates, documents and mapping of application locations.

Your responses will be analysed by Lichfields on behalf of our client: Tees Valley Combined Authority. It is not envisaged that any personal data will be supplied by virtue of completion of the survey, but in the event that any personal data is supplied, it will be disregarded and deleted without undue delay. Responses to this consultation may be made publicly available.
